Purchases
Purchases in our store can be made in two ways:
- As a registered curtomer.
- Whitout register.
As a registerd customer you have some previlegies, the main ones are:
- Fast purchases.
- Follow purchase status.
- Review history purchases.
- Periodically receive an e-mail newsletter.
In the second option, all you need to do is to fill your delivery address. As soon as the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, you don’t need to answer. But you won't be able to see the status of your purchase without registering. In this case, your tracking number may be provided by other contact ways, depending on contact availability.
Prices
Customers outside of Brazil can access prices in US dollars by clicking on the American flag in the top right corner of the page, above the shopping cart.
Orders
There are no minimum orders. Each order is received and executed as soon as possible. To optimize our deliveries, We normally send our packages on Tuesdays and Fridays. But always consider the maximum period of four working days for sending orders, if any unforeseen events occur, we will inform you. Orders are received and shipped in the order they are received.
The orders has the following status:
- Payment in process: It means that we are waiting the payment confirmation by the payment method chosen by the customer.
- Payment refused: Means that the payment was refused by the payment method.
- Payment received: From this status the order will be executed.
- Canceled order: We allow ourselves the right to cancel na order if there is any major problem. But the order may also be canceled automatically if the payment deadline expires or by the payment method.
We will do our best to inform you of any situation that deviates from the normal purchase and shipping cycle.
Shipments have the following status:
- Ready to pack: The order has already been separated and is in the packaging phase.
- Ready for shipping: The order has already been packed and is awaiting shipment to the carrier.
- Shipped: The order is already in the carrier's hands and the tracking number is now available.
Shipping Methods
Several shipping methods are available, the customer is free to choose any of them. We reserve the right to change shipping methods if necessary whitout extra costs to customers.
Payment options
We accept only Paypal for international purchases.
Our store has an SSL certificate ensuring the security of your payments.
Purchase confirmation
After confirming the purchase, a confirmation message is immediately sent to the email registered on the website. If a confirmation is not received, it may mean that an error occurred when completing your purchase.
Returns
Returns of orders are possible. The order must be well packaged and preferably in the same packaging in which it was sent, to ensure that it arrives safely at our address.

After the order is returned, the refund will occur within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.
